Do you think the transfer window should end before the season starts or continue this way. To be frank, there are lots of distractions when the leagues start and players are still not 'settled' in their old club cos 'anything can still happen' and the coaches of these small teams players are often the biggest victims. Take Southampton, westbrom and Co.
