I am confused if English is Nigeria's first language. When applying for scholarships or Msc programmes abroad, you are always asked if English is your first Language. I know Nigeria's official language is English. But if English is our official language...does it make it our first language?
For instance you are applying to the Uk for scholarship or MSc program, and you are told to still write English Test Exams like Toefl and iElts.

But these people need to look into this. They should just declare a law that all commonwealth nationals are exempted from this requirement

When the ministers of foreign affairs are busy looting money...such suitation is inevitable... I bet this happens only in Nigeria
