Key elements of the role:

Report to the Head, Internal Control
Assist in Stock taking exercise
Inspect and carry out checks on all activities in the Distribution Centre
Ensure completeness and Accuracy of Goods transferred to all Branches
Ensure that all Returned Items are tracked
Check completeness of Suppliers delivery
Report any discrepancies noticed in goods received from suppliers and direct purchase
Assist the Audit Officer in carrying out any other functions as it relates to the department
Ensure that all goods going out of Head office are duly stamped and signed by Audit
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports of activities at the Distribution Centre to Internal Control Department


Desired Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with 2 years minimum experience
Professional membership (or membership in view), is an added advantage
Analytical skills

Ability to manage and prioritize time
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
A good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
