It was an incredibly heroic moment when a man prevented a dangling little girl from falling by her neck from a fourth floor window with a broom. The girl had fallen out of her apartment and got herself wedged in the metal bars. News sources report that the man named Wang Baoping heard her screams as he walked past the building and quickly rushed up the stairs to rescue her. He had to hang on the window of a neighbouring building where he used the mop to prop the girl up for 20 minutes before she was pulled back inside by her parents.
