1. Research has found that optimistic people tend to act in healthier ways than those who are negative.
2. Long-term smokers live, on average, 14 years less than non-smokers.

18. For men: If you are married, stare at your wife's breast daily.

20. Make God your number one. Secret cults /societies ,whichtcraftcy etc will only succeed in ruining your life. Remember, there is no other source of security and protection in life than God. Embrace God!!
