Good. pls extend this rule to the VIO. Their own worse pass LASTMA, because how can a VIO move from Ojo to Ejigbo to arrest a vehicle and give you serious problem when trying to reclaim your vehicle. They will even happily point a car to you mocking the owner saying he can't claim it again due to cost of storage of 1k a day running into like 2months. Some are even seized with goods in it.

Well it will be a good idea only if they can achieve it.by providing CCTV and E device the LASTMA can use to track ur details active,otherwise it will cause more traffic due to sturborness and sluggshness of 9ja system startng from Network falure to LASTMA rude approach,Driver et al.what about those wth expired docs and might have changed address?.

Lagos is too dirty. On Thursday that is environmental is d most dirty and smelly day in lagos.

I think it Depends on the areas you go to, Lagos was very dirty in the 90's and it's cleaner now trust me...
