Please I find it difficult waking on heels. How do I learn?? HELP

when your go buying heels ask them for 4inches either wedge or block. avoid pencil heels they are not Nigerian terrain friendly. Before you purchase heels try walking with them around the store. If possible jump with them or try balancing on one foot. When walking in heels avoid bumpy or unequal ground setting they tend to distablize your feet hurting your ankle. Start with kitten heels 2 inches then increase to pumps of 3 and 4 inches.
If You're comfortable standing for a long time or balancing on one foot or jumping in them then u can walk in them
