Why I Am Starting This N1billion Hedge Fund In Nigeria by Goodlife2020: 4:54pm On Sep 05, 2015
The slump in oil prices have offered investment opportunities in a wide array of asset classes I have looked into.
.
. I think, from analysis, most of these spotted deals are great bargains. The average should be a 60% discount from actual value.
.
. I am in search of partners capable and interested in investing in my hedge fund. There is no limit to the amount of capital my firm demands, that's why I want to raise multi-billion naira in capital to seize investment opportunities in the Nigerian market.

Details are reserved only for accredited investors with at least N5million in investment capital.
.
. I have already secured the financial commitments of a modest number of investors.
...
.
. Profit structure is 3:30, meaning my firm would take 3% of invested capital for its operations and 30% of profits.
.
. My projections for profits is 40% annual ROI or more.
.
. Transparency is my watchword. Investors will control, or have a 100% knowledge of how their money is invested.
.
. This is not for everyone, if you are not confident or comfortable enough to invest in my firm, this deal is not for you. There are better opportunities.
.
Scam artists beware, this is not a place where you crush opportunities!!!

Keep calling. Offer is still open.

So you think you can just go and raise N1billion from the public without doing the following:

* Showing evidence of past performance

* Presenting a list of projects to be embarked on with the funds raised

* Disclosing the identities of individuals behind the company including their experience managing similar projects

* Approval from the Securities and Exchange commission (SEC)

I expected u to term it a crowd funding project but one billion might be too big for whatever it is.
