If you happen to be an employer, but foolishly and ignorantly, you think one of the good ways to become rich is by exploiting your staff, deceiving them through fake promises, or embittering their lives by frustration, be rest assured that you too will know bitterness and make no gain eventually.

Those employees are actually wiser and more intelligent than you are, so they are aware of the fact that you are only making fake promises which you'll never implement. Remember that a horse can be forced to the stream, but can never be forced to drink.
