first, it's nt a private thread, anybdy is welcome here, so gather wiz us if u want to. I bet i explain hw it's made bt it's a loonng complicated process sorry. Bt it's made by teff, n' teff only grows in ethiopia

Oh! Thank you very much. I guess I can't get Teff then. Do you people use a lot of spices in your cooking and what are the most common ones?

I couldn't resist the picture of wannke Azontoghost posted so I made some today. Complete with shitto sauce, spaghetti, salad, fried plantains and fried herring. My family screamed all thru breakfast. Thanks so much to you guys for the inspiration.

ya, we use too many powders lyk korerima, kundo berbere etc. . .thy hav no english names. They're only made here

Been a while. I have been busy. I hope everyone is good? I am actually Nigerian I live in Lagos so there is assess to different cultures and food. Wanke is pretty easy it is kaikei that is difficult cos of the long process.
