The families of the lands below need a financier to sponsor the survey/layout plan of acres of land in different location within Ibeju Lekki Lagos State. Key notable landmark in the area are the new Air Port, Pan Atlantic University, Dangote Refinery, Sea Port, Lekki Free Trade Zone and many more.

HOW IT WORKS.

The financier is given one plot per acre, out of which he gives the facilitators an agreed percentage (%) of the total plots accrued, based on how many number of acres of land.

The following are the available land for which title sponsorship is required.

30 acres at Otolu............. Fee : 1.5million naira
150 acres at Akodo......... Fee : 3 million naira
100 acres at Gbarada..... Fee : 4 million naira
800 acres at Elerangbe ....Fee : 3 million naira
150 acres at Igbogun........ Fee : 4 million naira
