Dr. Samuel Ortom came out with a pass grade in Advanced diploma (personnel management) from the Benue state university, it is with this "pass grade" he used to get his Masters certificate in public administration!!!

As if that is not bad enough, Dr. Ortom parades himself as a Phd holder, bagged from the "commonwealth university of Belize", the PhD was gotten within 3 days via correspondence!!!!

The commonwealth university of Belize is unaccredited and unauthorized to operate as a university in Belize. Furthermore, the NUC list it as one of the fake universities operating in Nigeria.
