Because he is one of them. The region created boko, it comsumed some of them. Besides, as PMB stated, they are mostly christians and have been forced to convert to islam. I guess thats a good thing for them.

They are so blinded by the crave of power that they don't care of it has any impact on them. If not why brag "born to rule" meanwhile you have the most impoverish and underdeveloped people in the country? What has all the poewer got them?
