i borrowed the sum of 500,000 to a friend which he should have paid back in 3 installments, but its over 7months now and he has not paid me a dime. i have 3 of his cheques that did not clear and i equally have an agreement signed by both parties and a witness. pls what measures are available to me to get my money out? I need your suggestions pls, before i do something really crazy. thanks |
