Pure 100% gold is 24 karat by definition, so all colored golds are less than this, with the common being 18K (75%), 14K (58%), and 9K (38%). To those that never knew, at least you've learnt something  Happy Sunday everyone 1 Like |

The real worth of gold lies in the weight(gram) and not in karat You can have a 24 carat gold ring weighing 10gram and another which is just 12carat but the gold content weighs15gram. The latter has more value. |
