King Olateru Olagbegi II(1910- 1998) the Olowo of Owo in Ondo state during a photo shoot at his Palace in 1959. Olagbegi was the epitome of a modern Traditional ruler, quite erudite and also an avid Tennis player who championed the development of the game in Nigeria. He was rumoured to have fathered over 140 children of which over 120 are graduate, making some label him as the 'father of many nations'... Credit; Historical Nigeria 1 Like
