How will I contact them when their line is not active? Besides have tried tweeting at them yet no response. For your information, nairaland is a forum hence I can post what I feel, if you don't like the topic then look away, this is meant for those with reasonable response.

It is confirmed that the issue was from mtn, alot of lines in the area were affected, thank God it's not incomplete sim registration. My line is now active.
