About You

We are looking for software engineers at various experience levels. You have passion to excel in everything you do and the ability to work effectively in high-energy and cross-functional teams. You have passion to learn new technologies and skills and not afraid to take risks. You will be working on next generation infrastructure as well as supporting new functionalities on existing platform including optimization, performance, design, and architecture problems. Our hosting and serving infrastructure handles 1+ million clicks per day. Developing for this infrastructure presents many technical challenges in the areas of efficient query processing, high throughput systems, large-scale data processing, machine learning and modeling, as well as satisfying complex business rules.

Your Day

Design, develop and deliver large scale distributed high-performance and large scale data processing ad platforms
Work closely with cross functional teams including product management and ad operations to understand customer and system requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure exceptional quality and performance standards, participate in code reviews, and be a critical member of the team

You Must Have

Deep expertise Java/C++ programming skills
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Experience with large scale distributed systems and high-performance engineering
Experience with large scale data processing (Hadoop, Hive, HBase a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BS/MS/Phd in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 3+ years of large software design and development experience
