I need help please.

I can't connect to wireless that are secured. It connects without issues for unprotected networks but says "Windows can't connect to this network" for secured networks.

By secured I mean with WPA2 Personal.

Also on a different system sometimes it connect but does not stay connected after say 5mins and then says can't connect.

But my phone connects to it seamlessly.

I administer this network. I use a Tp-link wireless router.
