In his rescent outburst, buhari has just confirmed that appointed ministers are NOISE makers, arguing that civil servants do the work while the ministers make noise. However, buhari promised to still appoint his noise makers minister on Oct 1 because thats what the constitution.Therefore this change will usher in noise making ministers. All sai Baba |
