The platform is segmented into four stages with members earning handsomely in each stage in a two by three matrix.
Hold two people by the hands and go three levels deep.

It is a system that works in a binary, a 2x3 matrix, that means that all you must have to do is to produce at each stage
two members and each of your two will get their own, it will go down into three level deep-once you have a 2x3 matrix
you are done with the first stage which is called CADET STAGE and you become a medalist, it continues until you get to the
fourth stage earning growing income as illustrated below:

stage 1-CADET

At the completion of this stage, the member is promoted to BRONZE MEDALIST, he or she would have earned N34,000


stage2-BRONZE MEDALIST(The member earns as more of his team members move up)


At the completion of this stage, the member is promoted to SILVER MEDALIST, he or she would have earned N160,000


stage3-SILVER MEDALIST(The member earns as more of his team members move up)

At the completion of this stage, the member is promoted to GOLD MEDALIST, he or she would have earned N480,000.
He or she will addition be qualified for a non interest business loan of N1m without collateral payable within
one year.



stage4-GOLD MEDALIST(The member earns as more of his team members move up)

At the completion of this stage, the member is ultimate, he or she would have earned N1,000,000.
He will in addition be qualified for a non interest business loan of N2.5m without collateral
payable within a year. He will be required to nominate two candidates to be trained in our
Empowerment/Training School spread across the country. If he so wishes, he will be re-mitted into
the programme starting from GOLD medalist again and thereafter,he retires into our monthly pension scheme.
