The planned arraignment of Senate President, Olubukola Abubakar Saraki before the Code of Conduct Tribunal took a new turn on Thursday as the Federal High Court in Abuja summoned the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) to appear before it to explain why it should not be stopped.
