KNOW BUT NEED TO KNOW! The fact that you (Saraki) went to
the Federal high court does not
stop the tribunal from sitting, there
has to be an injunction from a
court of competent jurisdiction.
The high court and the code of conduct tribunal are of equal
jurisdiction and the high court
cannot summon the chairman of
the tribunal who is equal to him in
authority. It's not political witch - hunting as
you want us to see it. Why not
appear before the tribunal today,
rather than running to a federal
high court to seek injunction? I'm
happy the tribunal had the courage to order the arrest of the Number 3
Citizen of the country.
A drowning man will clutch even
onto a straw. Tinubu you said is
behind this did not give all these
lousy excuses..he went in and came out clean..you (Saraki) have
a lot to hide since 2003 (under a
PDP led govt which you were an
active member of so who is witch
hunting you?) and by the grace of
God you (Saraki) won't escape this time,...need I remind you that
the CCB has same powers as the
Federal High court you ran
to....stop disgracing your
office...go and face your nemesis. The change is here, finally! Please share until it got to Saraki

Thanks Op for the clarify. I actually didn't realize both bodies have equal power in the law scene.
Well, most importantly, the yeye man should just go and face his music. Thieves!!!

the CCB is not of equal jurisdiction of the Federal High Court.

Nigerians won't stop deceiving themselves, tinibu, obasanjo, babangida and amaechi are walking freely while saraki is a problem.
The moment we start telling ourselves the truth, the better for this fooooolish country.
