Although light duration has improved a little in my end, Nigeria is far below the energy capacity we need. Something within the region of 15mw to 30mw will be a good start.

PDP in 16yrs spent Trillions without significant increase in the energy capacity in the country.

Light has improved as u claim but can the improvment be tagged to the current administration? if yes u are a liar.

If Pdp actualy did nothing to power/other sector(s) other than embezzlement as u claimed ab initio, somalia would be a better country as compared to Nigeria.

Developement is a gradual process.

Its embarrassing considering the amount of billions(if not even trillions) of dollars that have been sunk in the sector. Its no news again that as a nation with so much wealth,we've experienced more of setbacks in Power sector in the last 16years until recently.
