If there is anything i love its weave and more weave . . .uhmmm . . . not what you're thinking . . .my hair is naturally veryyyyy loooong(I'm bi-racial) . . .but i just love trying different hair styles with weave. I have different weaves every week because of my job . . .Just can't stand wearing the same weave or braids for weeks . . .

weave- 2 weeks
braids- a month, it depends tho if I got one million braids on -a month and a half or two months

Cornrows - a week[/color]

cornrows-- one week +
braids------ one nonth+
weave------ not down with it, but prolly one month.

Weave- a week or in 2 weeks
Braids- 3 weeks

weave - two weeks
braids - one month

weave - 2 months - I buy expensive hair that I wash. condition and style
Braids - 1 month , it gets itchy after the first two weeks and I can't wash it
Cornrows - never, I can just imagine the crazy looks the pips at the office will give me

Weaves- A month
Braids- 3 weeks. inches and I dnt want to lose my edges

Funny statement. Being biracial does not guarantee long healthy hair. Just saying

@Topic I keep braids in for a short period. Like 2 weeks maximum. They get boring pretty quickly. Weaves I keep in for 6-8 weeks.

When i was a lot younger i always have braids and cornrows, i had a rule though!

My braids and cornrows only stayed on for a week back then!

I wear shower caps, and i keep it firmly wrapped to preserve it!

I am not gay and i aint no sissy, so please dont ask me!!!

I only do pick and drop and yes you can not wash it unless you dont mind looking crazy and half the braids coming out

All, 2 weeks- going for the 3rd week is pushing it.

Whenever I get twists and braids I usually keep them in for as long as they look fresh.
It would be a month or two.

Same here!!! My braids itch ALOT in the first few days - week.
I usually apply a little water/oil solution or BRX braid spray to my scalp.
They only work temp. tho. Only time helps to ease the irritation.

Braids- more than a month, depending on the type.
Weave- not more than 2 weeks i can't stand the wahala with maintaining them.

Weaves - 2weeks
Braids - 3 - 4 weeks

Cornrows - 1 week +
Braids - 1 month +
Weaves - not a fan. 2 days, if I manage to fix one.
