Hollywood is a city in Los Angeles, California which is noted as the home of the entertainment industry in USA hence the reason their entertainment industry is known as Hollywood. Others like Bollywood, Nollywood, Ghollywood are just following the trend of the Americans.

That is because the name of the founding father of the Hollywood industry is Mr Leopard Woods, he also doubles as the father of famous golf player - Tiger Woods. cool
