Lagos—A 17-year-old house maid, Esther Abiodun, who was alleged to have poured hot water on her employer, Alhaja Dupe Iba Agba, while she was asleep, was yesterday re-arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate’s Court.
The defendant is standing trial on a two- count charge bordering, on unlawful pouring of hot water on her employer’s body and causing grievous bodily harm, preferred against her by the police.
The defendant, who was first arraigned on September 18, had pleaded guilty to the charges against her and Magistrate W.
