on my way back from office yesterday at around 5;30pm i saw container at Obanikoro b/stop, first it looked like it was a mistake or maybe i was still not in my right senses, till i saw another at Idiroko B/stop, then this morning container almost everywhere again after just two weeks of this so called law.. PLEASE whats going on? Do we have laws?
