hatch among part time fish farmers who also are involved in hatching or breeding.

But it’s a phrase, and an attitude,
that you’re going to have to change if you
want to achieve success and a record breaking growth in your business. It has often been said that the best fertilizer for any farm is the farmers feet. To achieve a record breaking harvest in catfish production also you must add the fertilizer of DILIGENT CARE and EFFORT all of which requires an amount of time. Most farmers have lost considerable investment to this attitude and blame it on every other things except themselves. I know of a friend that lost over 200,000pcs of fingerlings in few hours because water was not changed on time. It has also happens to me and quite a number of farmers.

The truth—one that many people wish
they could ignore—is that diligent care and effort are the
fertilizer that enriches your farm, particularly when it comes to breeding of catfish. It fuels your observation
efforts and help you initiate appropriate measures on time. It keeps the
lights on. And, hopefully, it rewards handsomely
and guarantees the outcome that you are proud of.

If you stop and think about it, there’s
literally no business or endeavour that doesn’t require time and effort in some way for it to grow
. Getting good result in breeding
requires effort and attention to every details of the practice, it requires you rolling your sleeves and getting to work.
