You can use it to download but it only works with Opera mini browser. I used it last year but it's very slow and cannot connect with other applications aside from WhatsApp and opera

How can I opt out of this plan please. I have tried everything. I dialed *688*100#, I sent STOP to 688, I restarted my phone and all still no confirmation of opt out. Please help, this plan is charging me unnecessarily and it doesn't work for me. Though I was given 1gig but what's the use of 100gig when it doesn't browse?
