What about those who buy in 4ltrs keg just for home consumption because they discovered buying from retailers in the long run is more expensive.

Are you aware these sales going to the filling station can be channelled to you within the neighbourhood instead of to filling stations? How? By buying in bulk of say 1000ltr for a starting from the same suppliers that supply filling stations. You could even sell yours at a 1naira discount per litre from what filling stations are selling to attract customers and off you dash into the oil and gas business in your own small way and before you know it you become a big oil magnate depending on your target.

So what are you waiting for? You don't need big money to start. Just get a storage tank to store your kerosene, even a plastic GEEPEE tank will do so long its not in direct sunlight.
