My lil bro is applying for accounting

He has two olevel result

I wanna know if oau needs accounting as a subject requirement in ssce if u r going for accounting

Cus back then all they needed was eng, math, bio or agri, econs, govt, yoruba, et all







Now my brother has 2 sittings

One he lacks account but has all papers

The other he lacks econs and govt. But has all papers







We want to know if it safe to use one sitting in which he lacks account in, but we dont know if it safe to use dat bcus we dont know if it is necessary to hv account in ssce when applying for accounting in oau.

Lets use the 2sittings jeje, but then again we heaed there is a penalty for 2sitrings, more like a reduction of points

Acct is not a prerequisite in SSCE at OAU. He should use the other result which includes Econs & Govt. I'm a student of Mgt & Acct, 300 Level, OAU.

It definitely won't pose any problem since you can prove that you own the three documents.
But I'll advice you make the possible corrections as soon as possible in case of future use.

For example, when applying for scholarship, during the selection for aptitude test, they hold unto stuffs like these to disqualify a lot of people, and you won't be there during process to explain to them your name was only misspelt.

You can visit your local government of origin to apply for another certificate of state of origin, and give a name that match with the one on your WAEC certificate and also go to any nearby court to apply for "Declaration of age", which can be use in place of a birth certificate. It costs less than #500.
And if you can go through the rigour of visiting waec office, please do.
Just make sure you get things corrected latest by PART 2 when doors ofscholarships will be opened.

Or you try and do an affidavit. The reason being that OAU may accept it but how about if you wanna apply for scholarships?
