The “Nigerian Banks Customer Satisfaction Survey-2015” is a survey to determine the Best Bank in Nigeria in terms of customer service in the year ending. Most ranking of best banks are usually based on the profit reported by banks but sometimes, the customers are not treated as kings. In some banks, only one ATM is customized to attend to long queues of customers; in some others, the customer spend hours inside the bank for an issue that shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes and more so, some bank staffs show preferential treatment and unconcern for customers. It can only get better if you share your experience.
