The birth certificate you can do new one asap.
just make sure when they want to fill in your name on the birth certificate just make sure he/she said she issue it for you Feb 1996 that if you were born 1995 not issued 2016 oooo

Can't i do an affidavit declaring the correction in the birth certificate nd for the jamb. Also what is supposed to be on the jamb affidavit

*Latest Lasu Clearnce Information!*

Today at the Screening ground, the Chairman of the Screening committee made the following announcement::

_Requirements For Clearance:_
*NOTE: Original and 4 Photocopies each!*
1. Acceptance Fee payslip
2. Lasu Screening result
3. New Scratch Card for Waec/Neco/Nabteb and 2 for 2 Sitting
4. 4 Passport sized photographs
5. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
6. Jamb notification of result
7. IIVC Certificate for Lagosians(Not Started Yet)
8. WAEC/NECO Certificate or Statement Of Result from Waec/Neco

*NEW DATES FOR CLEARANCE*
clearance will be done in this order from 9:00a.m
*Tuesday:* FMS & School of Agric
*Wednesday:* Art & Education
*Thursday:* Transport & FSS
*Friday:* Medicine & Engineering
*Saturday:* Law & Masscom

Those who missed will have another opportunity next week on::
Monday:: FMS, Agric, FSS, ART, Education
Tuesday:: Transport, Law, Mass com, Engineering
(Sciences will be announced soon)
_Note: All screening will take place at MBA_
