what is this one saying, class has begun for majority of the department most especially the science dept. So, its u that should get to school and see if your department already started lecture. And to remind you, matriculation isnt done as soon as u resume, it is done very close to when you are about to write your first semester exams

Yes, WAEC scratch card is sold in LASU. But to be on a safer side I'll advise you to get it from home.
I heard for second batch the screening will hold on the 6th of December , which is tomorrow.
