i didn't see nothing is correct. Its American English. I saw nothing is British English. It is also correct and it is the usage we are accustomed to in Nigeria here.

Oga abeg, i no de inside any analysis dis afternoon. What is i know is that the first one is American usage. Whether it is generally acceptable or not is another matter entirely. Have a nice day.

I kinda prefer I didn't see anything tho. All other options has a little bit of what I would call limitations. #personal opinion.
