Recently, designers presented a project of floating private island named Kokomo Ailand. This futuristic place proves there’s no such thing as “over-the-top” in the world of superyacht design.


Kokomo Ailand will consist of a penthouse, a helipad, jungle deck with a waterfall and an alfresco dining area.

It will be the first island in the world to move under its own power.

Owners of the island will be amazed by 360-degree views within the penthouse, accessible by an 80-metre elevator.

Around the complex, residents would find a spa, a gym, beauty salons, bars and a pool.

The inclusion of vertical gardens, palm trees and even a shark-feeding station add more natural elements to the nautical island.

The movable paradise would be perfect for a high-class hotel or company headquarters.

Kokomo Ailand could be built in the near future. “We are currently negotiating with several clients who are very interested in the project," Christian Gumpold, managing director of Migaloo Private Submersible Yachts, said.
