A company in lagos requires a flash developer who would do the following among other things:

• Develop and build complete Flash banner ads,
• Produce Flash Animations & web sites using Adobe Flash, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Fireworks, HTML/DreamWeaver,
• Design Flash websites as well as slicing of websites
• Design interactive flash multimedia
• Communicate to the Head web design with efficiency and accuracy on any progress and/or delays
• Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for website
• Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary

Candidates must have the following:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a similar degree or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience corporate web design experience
• Full awareness of Flash file size optimization and intelligent pre-loading techniques.
• Good knowledge of Interactive technologies / techniques including Action Script, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PHP , MYSQL and Coreldraw
• Good knowledge of Photoshop/ fireworks and fluent in Adobe Creative Suites
• Good communication, organizational , planning skills and reporting skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledgeable about the principles of graphics, typography, and illustration.
• Skillful in the use of pens, pencils, crayons, T-square, triangles and other visual and graphic aids.
• The ability to translate others' ideas into designs, sketches and layouts
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with others.
• Innovative, creative, proactive and resourceful requiring very little supervision
