I must agree with you on some not, I went to Edo state last year and it is a total wreckage, I was also in Nasarawa same so I really cant comment on who is the worse governor, I guess the people that elected this official didn't do their home work in reading their resume, lol

what's delta doing on your list? take Ibori out of the class of failed Governors. i consider him one of the best serving govs in nigeria. he has done a lot to deserve the best's medal. i am a deltan and i know this. pls save him the disregard and take his name off your messy govs' list!

You can put either Peter Odili or Orji Kalu in place of Ibori; Lucky no get mate for africa.

All state governors get dem wahala. even tinubu of lagos. if na only becos of the legalisation of thugs [area boys, agbero]. young, able bodied men stand on our roads collecting money dem no do nothing to earn. Add to this the obvious choice of Lagos as the dirtiest metropolis in the world. its even dirtier than mumbai, india.

Am from Edo state and i can say Lucky is the worst governor you can ever dream of having.When you visit benin,it is so depressing because of the bad roads and untidy environment.When i was little,benin was a city in all ramifications.remember leventis,kingsway,ogba zoo, ekae amusement park,the roads were good but now ugbowo road,textile mill road,dumez road,even adolor junction etc are all filled with deep pot holes,thanks to lucky.

They're all trying their best to help their respective states.

If you say one is worst, another might be worst than the worst

Monumental error-Lucky,Ibori,OK, Yerima,Dariye, Nyame,Odili, SAS(Borno),Boni,Attah,Turaki(Jigawa). All have nothing on ground to show.Go see for yourselves the states have nothing to show in terms of infrastructure after 8 years. ;DHowever,EFCC is waiting.

the worst governor is Dariye nothing to show but burnt shops and houses after 7 years of governance, workers have not being paid their salaries for over 6 months. Abdullahi Adamu of nasarawa state is also very terrible nothhing has changed after 7years , Jigawa is another sad case, Zamfara, Edo,  Orji uzo kalu, Enugu, Bayelsa,Brono(GAS), Adamawa, Taraba, Niger, Benue,Oyo,Lagos and Ekiti are all failed states their governors are a total failure and a same upon them.

Yes, I agree with you that Lucky is the most under performed governor. His greatest achievement was to climb mountain Kilimangero. He would have come back with a Kangaro for his personal zoo. I do not see how that will transform the life of his people. Edo have the worst uban road in the country. Though some other governors under perfomed, his own is too obvoius.
I think Enugu state governor, could not be said to have under perfomed. His work was concentrated in Nkanu area alone. He was able to build a university, college of medicine, school of nursing, modern specialist hospital all in 3 years. He did well also in road network. But he scored low in human capital empowerement. His civil servants are also hungry. Sam Egwu of Ebonyi state is more of a media governor. He worked more in pages of newspaper than physically. Though he did well in human capital developement. Achike Udenwa of Imo state is the worst among the whole South East governors. His accounting profession and loyalty to the power that be saved him from EFCC harmmer
Generally, most governors failed us. May God deliver us from such leaders in Jesus Name.
