hello people. After being pissed off by agent after agent in this town, I have decided to come this way in the hope that I will meet a house owner himself.

I need a 2-Bedroom flat preferrably around Elekahia (estate area) or Peter odili rd. in port harcourt city.

The basics to help whoever is interested in assisting:

It has to be easily accessible. i.e. not to far off a major road and the road should be preferrably tarred,
The two rooms should not share the toilet and bathroom
The light in that area should not be too bad (Woji is totally out of the question)
The landlord should not live in the compound
My budget is 250-300k, but can consider paying higher if the house is very nice.


P.S. : While I know it is very unlikely, a large 1-bd room flat will also be considered, .


Any other house in a very good area will be welcome to viewing.(Rumuibekwe, amadi-ama area etc.)
