I want to buy 2001 Nissan altima or golf 3 saloon , pls which one do I buy considering the maintainance,fuel economy and durability

I suggest golf. But know that golf 3 saloon is Volkswagen vento

Also a particular year of that vento has a wind shield factory defect, which can be fixed permanently, I have for gotten the affected year but do your research before you buy, as for the Altima, also do your research on that, but I will prefer the vento to Altima in naija sha

Run away from Altima by all means. Do not go near it. I am speaking from a bitter experience. Why dont you buy a 96 camry cos i prefer it to a Vento. But if you have a good mechanic, no problem. Vento really looks very UGLY to me.
