As you all know cancer is a disease in which the cells of a tissue undergo uncontrolled (and often rapid) proliferation.
The rate at which these disease spreads and kills many people today is very high. One of the greatest exposures to cancer is in what we eat. Foods that causes cancer are likely to be present in your daily diet and you didn't even realise it. In our post today, we are going to give you a ride through the foods you normally eat that causes cancer.
1.Processed meat
Like sausage, hot dogs, bacon and other processed meats? Most of these meats contains excessive salt and chemicals. Studies conducted has shown that people who normally eat processed meat increase their chance of early death as as much as 43%. The biggest offenders sodium nitrate and also a well known carcinogen with smoked meats being particularly bad.
2.Canned foods
More than 50% of cans are lined with a chemical called BPA or Bisphenol - A. Two years ago, a study shows that BPA'S affect the way genes work inside rats brains. It finally came to conclusion that the FDA seems to agree this is a problem and is enhancing efforts to decrease, eradicate or replace the amount found in canned foods. The high acidity leaves tomato more dangerous because they can leach the BPA more readily from the Can linning.
3.Hydrogenated oil
