2020, 2021, and 2022. The Beyond Light expansion will
launch in 2020, The Witch Queen will launch in 2021, and
Lightfall will launch in 2022. They also shot down a Destiny 3
as their main focus is on the current title.

Bungie has now announced Destiny 2 will be coming to the
next generation consoles, the Xbox Series X and PlayStation
5. The Xbox Series X version of the game will support Smart
Delivery, which means if you own the Xbox One version of
the game you will get the Xbox Series X version for free. The
developer also revealed the owners of the PlayStation 4
version will get the PlayStation 5 version for free.

Destiny 2 will run at 4K resolution and 60 frames per second on the Xbox Series X and PS5. More information on the next generation release, including a release date, will be
announced soon.
