That's why I said, low budget depends. I don't know where you got that but 3-4 million will fetch you a decent location. There are ranges. I doubt you'd get a better offer for the developed location you seek. 3-4 million was even the value for 2014/early 2015.

Yes after white sand,u go deep deep inside more, am regreting buying that land cuse I was told to add 500 to buy d ones outside but I refuse,I taut its goin to open up quick

Wow....thats serious...i bought mine 4years ago abt 700k and the area now sells for about 4million...there is light in the area but the street roads not fully developed yet.

I don't know why my initial reply to this your issue vanished but I was trying to say that they probably sold you the land at "future value". It's unfortunate but nonetheless, it's only a matter of time.

Yap....all the land there are very swampy and expensive to build though i have completed mine up to 95% with electricity
