Ensure you have electronic copy of your most recent passport (jpeg format, not more than 20KB size) Ensure you print out electronic copy of your application form before you logout. At the completion of your application, you are expected to submit the following to the University:

Printout (hard copy) of your online Application form
Photocopy of e-tranzact payment receipt obtained from the Bank
Photocopy of Bank payment teller
Photocopy of all your credentials
