Today 5 October 2015, The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Abia State and Obinna Ndukwe Ibiam the Project Director YFA NIG., celebrated The Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu , for His Approval to Apply the Abia State Liberation Farms to the Training and Engagement of the teaming unemployed Youths of Abia State into the Agricultural Programs of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture Within his Days in office.
We also thank the Governor, for setting this Example to the entire Governor's in the south East to emulate and make Agriculture become another serious sustainable option to the dwindling oil revenue, creating a new laudable source of developing the economy of the State, by boosting the Agricultural sector and the productivity of farmers in the State through SME soft Grants, Mechanising the system of Farming in the State, Industrialising the 17 Local Government Areas as well as creating over 30000 jobs to eradicate hunger, unemployment, Youths restiveness and insurgency. The Youths will be engaged into 40 different Agriculture value chains, For massive production of different types of International Standard Food Commodities to encourage Exportation of food products from Abia State to 81 countries. Flanked with Hon Obinna Ndukwe Ibiam in the group picture are Dr Ebere Oziri the Director of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and other Directors of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, who will be organising the Training Program and the implementation with the Abia State Ministry of Agriculture, Based on their different areas of Specialisation and their different directorates.

We call on the Unemployed youths of Abia State to key into DrOkezie Victor Ikpeazuzuu Youths For Agriculture Programs as a viable avenue to make wealth and as an alternative that will help them shun Fraud, Kidnapping, Violence Etc.
