does the entire land have a global c of o, i mean government recognised title.

it's a general C of O that covers the estate, you get a copy of the C of O after your full payment, regards

b4 monies is exchanged i have to make enquiries at the land registry to confirm d authenticity of ur land in respect of which a photocopy of whatever title u claim to have over the land/estate shd be given. if dats ok with u scan a copy with ur title to igu_attorney@yahoo.com
