My stay in Nigeria, got to discover something, everybody in all government offices are looking for tips... starting from the security men to the messengers, down to the directors; no one is content with their pay? and if you donot give, be rest assured your job will be treated with levity or worse not done at all? Why? Really need answers!!! |

have you seen their salaries/ pay slips? I'm not making a case for them though. bribery is wrong |

They use the bribe to pay tithes to their pastors, who in turn will use the money to buy private jet.  Robbing their brothers to pay their pastors. |
