12.TIWA SAVAGE-yea!after her return from the states,tiwa savage stole the heart of nigerian music lovers with her hit single "kele kele love",with a soft and tiny sonorous voice,she released the jam "love me love me" tiwa might not be good in performing ballad due to the nature of her voice,buh her vocal is top notch.

11.CHIDINMA-this pretty damsel from imo state,didn't just stop at winning the mtn project fame...she pivoted herself into the nigeria music scence,tho she has delve into the conventional nigeria kind of music of "all beat no substance" buh we can't forget the beautiful rendition of "jankoliko" with a high pitch tone kind of voice...chidinma is a good performer of rnb and ballard...her smash single "kite" is a perfect depiction.

10.PRAIZE-not winning the project fame and being a runner up didn't deter praise frm still being a good singer! Praise has that not so deep,supersonic kind of voice that flows easily on keyboard...songs like "heartbeat" and "mercy" are perfect postulation of what i am pointificating...praise is also a good rnb and a nice solo singer.

9.BEZ-although he is not gathering the needed momentum,because most nigerians are not use to his style and kind of music..bez is a pioneer of jazz and rock music in this present generation...with a tiny,not-so-loud and powerful voice,bez has been able to perform song and held sway despite not getting the needed publicity...bez is a good vocalist.

8.ASA-multiple award winning song stress,asa has been able to break the jinx by missing african culture with good music...most people migt argue she is at the average,but asa tiny,light encrypted,sonorous voice as been put to practise in songs like "jailer" and "eyo"...asa has her way with the keys...she is damn good!

7.TY BELLO-Tho she has gone awol,probably to pursue her career in photograhy...ty bello this baritone vocal that makes her sound like a man sometimes! She is also good at growling with a nice octave range..songs like "greenland" and "ekundayo" are perfect examples.

6.DAREY ART ALADE- Son to the legendary musician "art alade" darey has posited himself to be one of the top male vocalist we have in nigeria,often tipped as nigeria's john legend! Darey has the thick,baritone voice that is also good for opera kind of singing...darey comibines good vocals and the ability to switch to any genre of pleasure..songs like "not the girl" is a perfect postulaton.

5.SHEYI SHAY-pretty song stress shey shay is taking this slot...born and bred in the uk...sheyi is amazing singer with a high pitched sonorous voice...she has been able to put up a wonderful vocal performanceon stage songs like "murder" "erawo" and smash hitting"right now"is a perfect explication on hw good sheyi shay is when it comes to vocal rendition,

4.TIMI DAKOLO-Winning the west african idol 2007,timi didn't stop there he,he blew our mind with songs like "iyawo mi" and "the nation" with a cracking,thick baritone kind of voice he release his smash single "wish me well" timi has won several awards as "best male vocal performer" and he is not stopping there...he is currently the only nigerian male artiste that don't lip synch on stage,,am talking about current generation! That's incredible..he is currently nominated at the headies in the category of "best male vocal performance".

3.OMAWUMMI-Being a runner up,sure didn"t deter omawummi from becoming a wonder woman in the nigeria music industry! Omawummi is incredible when it comes to vocal rendition..high note voice,screeching,growling,bakground "oohs" and "ahhs"..she is blessed with the vocals...smash hits like "in the music" "chocolata" "bottom belle","breeze blow" and her last hit "megbele" are all perfect depiction of her vocal prowess.

2.COBHAMS ASUQUO..Blind but talented vocalist,pianist and songster...mr cobhams is not only talented in singing but he is also good with the piano and he is also the brain behind smash hitting singles from omawummi and timi dakolo...cobhams has mentored alot of vocalist and he is the father of good music in nigeria..(my opinion tho)..he is also a good song writer and a wonderful producer. Hit single like "ordinary people" will talk the talk.

1.WAJE/RUBY GYANG-And sitting on my numbee one spot are these two beautiful songstress..waje is a vocal cuts across three octave range...while ruby gyang who is sign to chocolate city has a wonderful whistle register..."good man" by ruby is one song that potrayed her as a vocal prowess to reckon with, while waje's "for a minute","wish i had a heart" are songs with wonderful vocal rendition...these two songstress are wonderful.
