Thanks. my mil is on visitation and bought it to mix it with beans for supper. I'm going to have another meal but while cooking, I had a taste of it and scared afterwards. Hope it won't have any adverse effect. With previous miscarriage, I'm scared of everything |

But if a woman has pile while pregnant the best form of natural thing to take is a mixture of effirin(scent leaf) water mixed with bitter leaf water. Why are people now saying it curses deformity? 2 Likes |

I ate it while I was pregnant, grounded it with egunsi/melon and locust beans, so sweet to eat pounded yam. my baby is 7 months now hale and hearty. folic acid prevent deformation in babies. meanwhile, deformation can only occur during d first trimester that's why folic is used as routine drug in pregnancy. 1 Like 1 Share |
